Choice Cabinets
was proudly established in 1975.
During the past 30 years the business has grown from a small family cabinet making company
to one of the largest in Victoria.
The new location is approximately 3000 square metres and has been set out in such a
way as to maximize the production flow through the factory.
We have state of the art machinery and programming software. In June 2004 we relocated
to larger premises in Rushdale Street due to our ever-expanding business.

Our programming
software is Quisine, with this software we are able to design our kitchens and create
easy to read plans and cutting lists.
These cutting lists and plans are then sent to the Holzma Computer Beam Saw. The machinist
has to then only follow the
prompts on the screen as to what material is needed.
We also use a Weeke
CNC flatbed router machine, this is used to machine out with routing tools the basin
and sink cutouts and all bench top-joining angles.
It is also used for machining all kitchen cupboard stock components, including wine
racks, open shelf units etc.
We employ over
40 staff, ranging from management to cabinetmakers to cleaners.
Our cabinetmakers are first class and take great pride in their work. We also have a
strong apprenticeship-training program with four apprentices currently being employed
and trained by Choice Cabinets.
